On-Site Estate Sale Company Services

We take care of everything, from sorting and setup to final clean-out.

Our estate sale services include:

  • Pricing and professional merchandising

  • Hosting and managing the estate sale

  • Optional post-sale donation removal

  • Optional trash removal and property clean-out

For this service we take a flat rate commission on what is sold and charge a flat fee for donation and trash removal.

Estate Buyout Services

If you're unable to host an on-site sale—due to HOA rules, a tight timeline, or fewer items left in the home—a professional estate buyout may be the ideal option.

During a buyout, we purchase the contents of the estate directly from you.

We also handle the full clear-out process, including removal of trash and donations, so the home is left clean, empty, and ready for its next chapter—whether that's a sale, rental, or renovation.
